10:15 to 10:45 am Get Fit and Tiana with Gyana. Body tuning and stretching under the tree with Gyana Mella. Relieve stress, get into shape to enjoy the program with greater energy and concentration. Please wear relaxing clothes.

10:45 to 11:30 am Hike with Josh Sucov through the woods. https://www.endeavor21.org/outdoor-classes. You can enjoy the serene beauty of the woods in the countryside, take a rest whenever you want, and jot down your best thoughts. Do not forget to ask Joshabout bee farming on your way. Bring your hiking shoes and bug spray.

11:35 to 12:00 noon Yoga with Oraunder the trees. https://www.instagram.com/orarosentalsucov/ Enjoy Hatha Yoga with Ora Sucov, an experience yoga instructor and meditation expert. Six to eight in groups on the green grass surrounded by shrubs and trees under the blue sky.

12:15 to 12:45 pm Farm tour https://threefoldcommunityfarm.org/. Stroll through the farm where you can see the grazing cows, and horses, and may catch a glimpse of flying birds or grazing deer.

Attendantregistration fees: The event is free for the public to attend, and no ticket is necessary.However, pre-registration is encouraged so that free snacks and beverages can be arranged. Meals can be purchased on the premise cafeteria.

Participant registration fee: $75single, $125 per couple and $150 per family, nonetheless,$50for each group will be returned upon arrival to buy books and crafts (by Endeavor 21+) on the premises.These feesinclude meals, snacks, and beverages. No fee for children under ten years of age or special needs individuals. All funds generated by sales go to the authors and Endeavor 21+ special needs program.

Donation: Supporters, any $ amount; Friends, $250; Members, $500; Gold Members, $750; Donors, $1,000; Sponsors, $1,500. Donation of any amount makes the individuals eligible for participation.

Menu and Accommodation:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Food served primarily comes from locally grown in the biodynamic farming system.

Four types of accommodation would be available depending on the choice of the participants and availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.
